Telling stories is an amazing thing to do. Especially when honest and sincere emotions have to be carried over to an audience.

This video, commissioned by Renault, had to do exactly that. Groot Hart gives kids with a hart related disease the chance to join professional coureurs in their cars and experience what it feels like to be in a racing car.

As a video editor for Dorst & Lesser, it was my job to make sure that the goals and intentions of the foundation itself were clear, as well as portraying the joy and the thrill of those kids experiencing a great day at the circuit. I tried to show what Groot Hart means to the kids, and how it helped them to enjoy life as much as possible.
